Exchange & Return


What is the duration for me to make a valid exchange request?

All requests for return and exchange must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. For Malaysia online orders, you have the option to exchange your item at any retail stores in West Malaysia or through our online store www.pazzion.com.my.

 

Am I eligible for the exchange request?

·       All returned item(s) must be in its original brand-new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and invoice. Item(s) which show signs of worn are not eligible for exchange or return

·       PAZZION West Malaysia reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return. In any case of dispute, PAZZION WEST MALAYSIA’s decision shall be final.

·       All promotional, sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


Can I exchange the shoe if the size is too big or too small?

Yes, all customer is entitled to have 1 Free exchange if the size is too big or too small.

If the customer found the exchanged shoe size is still not fit, customer is allow to request another exchange to a different size, but customer must bear with the postal fees.

The size request is subject to availability.


Can I exchange to a different style?

Yes, we understand sometimes it could be difficult to judge whether a shoe will look nice on you before wearing it. Therefore, we are happy to accept exchange request to a different style, however, customer to bear the postal fees.

Please bear in mind, In the event of the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).


How do I make my exchanges?

Exchange via Retail Store

1.   Contact us via contact@pazzion.com.my or Message us on Whatsapp with your invoice number and your request.

2.   Our customer service officer will contact you shortly to arrange further.

3.   Bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to the retail store, our sales associate will assist to carry out the exchange procedure.

Exchange via Online Store at PAZZION.COM.MY

1.   Contact us via contact@pazzion.com.my or Message us on Whatsapp with your invoice number and your request.

2.   Our customer service officer will contact you shortly to arrange further.

3.   Re-pack the shoe with the original invoice.

4.   If you entitle for the 1 time free exchange(same style but different size), we will arrange our courier to collect the shoe from you.

5.   If you do not entitle for the 1 time free exchange (exchange to different style), please arrange the shoe to be sent back to our address below:

6.   We strongly recommend our customer to use the pos service with a tracking number to avoid the parcel being lost. PAZZION will not responsible if the shoe is lost during posting.

7.   Once we received the parcel from you, we will inspect the condition and if everything is ok, we will post out the agreed exchange shoe to you.
